Tellian Frosa is a male Nautolan who arrived on Susefvi shortly before the fall of Lady Darkstar. At least, that was when he publicly made his appearance on the planet. Rumours persist that he had in fact been on Susefvi for many years before and may have even been in the service of Lady Darkstar.
Tellian is a dangerous negotiator, shrewd businessman, and a natural leader. As an untrained Force-sensitive, Tellian relies on his instincts and "hunches" more often than not. This has allowed him to develop a keen sense of when people are lying to him.
